Aakriti Bagchi, a #UWMadison sophomore studying textile and fashion design, was paired with Yuan Liu, a third year PhD student in civil and environmental engineering for this year’s Flow Project. The project pairs undergraduate artists from @uwsystem schools across Wisconsin with water scientists to create an art piece inspired by water. The collaboration highlights not only the value of art as a tool to communicate science, but also as a way to inspire new science.
